1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Tiranga Game, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. Continued use means acceptance of any updates.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to register and play.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract under Indian law.
- You are responsible for checking whether online gaming is legal in your state (restrictions apply in some Indian states).
3. Account Registration
- Provide accurate and complete information (name, mobile number, email, date of birth).
- One account per user – duplicate accounts will be banned.
- Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Minimum deposit: ₹100 | Minimum withdrawal: ₹110
- Withdrawal time: Under 5 minutes to UPI / bank account
- TDS: 30% deducted under Section 194B of Income Tax Act on winnings above ₹10,000
- No hidden fees – we do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same UPI/bank account used for deposit.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Fair Play & RNG
- All games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, audited by third parties.
- Game results are final and cannot be disputed after the round ends.
- Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, use external tools, or collude with other players is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts
- Use VPN or proxy to hide your location
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors
- Chargeback or reverse any deposit transaction
- Use abusive, threatening, or harassing language in chat or support
- Engage in money laundering or fraudulent activity
Violation leads to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- You violate any term of this agreement
- You provide false or misleading information
- Fraud, cheating, or bonus abuse is detected
- Required by law or court order
In case of termination for cause, all pending bonuses and winnings are forfeited.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and games on Tiranga Game are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiranga Game is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the last 30 days.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but we strive to provide the best possible experience.
11. Dispute Resolution & Grievance Officer
Tier 1 – In-App Support: Contact live chat for any issue.
Tier 2 – Grievance Officer: Email grievance@tiranga.us.com – response within 24 hours.
Tier 3 – OGAI Appeal: If unresolved after 30 days, appeal to the Online Gaming Authority of India under PROG Rules 2026.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
12. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Changes to Terms
