How to Set Limits
- Open the Tiranga Game app
- Go to Profile → Responsible Gaming
- Choose your limit type (deposit / time / self-exclusion)
- Confirm and save
Changes to increase limits take 24 hours to take effect. Decreasing limits is instant.
Self-Exclusion Process
Temporary Self-Exclusion (Cooling Off)
- Duration: 1 day to 6 weeks
- Account locked until end of period
- No deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay during this time
Permanent Self-Exclusion
- Account closed forever
- You will not be allowed to register again
- Any remaining balance (after fees) will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days
To request self-exclusion: Email grievance@tiranga.us.com with subject.
Reality Checks
- Pop-up appears every 30 minutes of continuous play
- Shows: Time played | Amount deposited | Net win/loss
- You can pause or continue playing
Underage Gaming – Strictly Prohibited
- 18+ only – No exceptions
- We verify age during registration and before first withdrawal
- If you are under 18, do not create an account
- If we discover an underage user, the account will be closed immediately and winnings forfeited
